Did You Know ?!

1- Did you know……. All the animal products are very fatty and even a piece of lean meat without any apparent fat on it has more than 30% fat. So these fatty and heavy foods after leaving the stomach have to start the real digestion and at the exit, they will be helped by some secretion from the gallbladder and the pancreas at the entrance of the duodenum (the beginning of the small intestine which is a tube that leaves the stomach).

The point is that the fattier the food is the more the gallbladder and liver are working and the more used they get. That is the major reason why lots of people get their gallbladder surgically removed because of this “over usage” and production of stones. Once that happened, you have probably heard that the person must reduce any oily and fatty products as their digestion becomes almost impossible.

2- Did you know…… Everything whether good or bad travels throughout our body easily and freely through all our blood circulatory system. The connection between the organs is inevitable and that is mostly for their own good. They need each others’ final products, may I say. Each organ produces something or does a function (like cleaning) that the others might need as well. The damage we do to a particular organ by a direct effect will eventually affect other organs by the lack of work done by that particular one as its duty. Because of its damage and being out of order somehow along the line the organ cannot participate in the procedure of the well functioning of the chain of organs which are part of a bigger group of events in our system called metabolism. One organ out of order could stop the whole chain members from doing their job properly.

3- Did you know ….. The patient who dies from a kidney failure would have probably died a few months later of another organ failure if he or she could survive. What I am trying to say is that when you are treating the body the way everybody does, one day or the other everything will eventually fall apart and definitely sooner than its “time”. The human body is very complex but at the same time, it is a simple factory that has many departments. We have to consider it like a chain of machinery and robots that take orders from the central system which is our brain to perform their tasks. Most of these tasks, if not all, are programmed to be performed automatically and there is no need for us to control them. But what we control indirectly is the frequency of their implication in the system.

4- Did you know…… Our intestines are the very long digestive tract that needs to be washed and cleaned as often as possible if not every day and after every meal. Exactly the same as our teeth for example, and what is better than a gallon or two of warm to hot water per day to do so, plus the nutrients that go through the system fast and quickly, like vegetables and even starch if not mixed with fatty food all the time, one way or the other.

5- Did you know…… A piece of animal protein (fish, chicken, meat, or even dairy products……) uses the digestive tract far more than any other kind of food. The amount of good that one might get from it, is easily replaceable by any other kind of “easily digestible” sort of food like vegetable, beans, lentils and etc. It is not worth the actual damage that they cause to the system. Our system is definitely not designed to receive so much of harsh and difficult to digest kinds of food as is the case for all kind of animal products. On the other hand, these products don’t really provide us with as much as good nutritional values as they seem to and as is said.

6- Did you know…… Every day in a country like France ( population; 65 million) 3000 people die of cancer, 3000 people per day of heart-related disease, blood pressure and etc. and the same amount of diabetes and other nonsense.

These numbers are frightening,  more than 10000 people die every DAY in hospitals and at their home in just a country like France as we talk, Which means the average amount of people going to watch a soccer match die every day, as we talk. CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT ???

All of this because of food and lack of exercise and lack of water in their body. Very simple, non?

” People study the universe just by curiosity or to appear more knowledgeable than others as if they studied some machines that they saw just by curiosity but not real interest. The same way doctors study the human body and nature to talk like scientists, but not to know themselves and their own body and their own nature.

Some even claim that they write to share their knowledge and to teach something to others.

I don’t write books for any of these reasons. I have nothing to teach to anybody. I write books to clarify my own mind and soul. People don’t like to search for anything about themselves, in case they could find something wrong and would have to change it. I have no problem with finding my wrongs and changing them. My writings are my evolution throughout my life, and every discovery, or may I say new knowledge, is a change that I made in my previous vision. “
