" Physiology Opposes Dietetics. "

” Human physiology is the study of the human body’s functioning. “

Physiology is a science, but the nutrition and dietetics are just comments from the science, adapted to the habits already acquired by the society. Firstly human beings create some comforts related to what they eat and drink, how long do they sleep, if they do any physical activity or rather not…etc. Then they make up some “tales and legend” about whatever they are enjoying already, as drinking coffee, wine, oversleeping. Human beings have this art of always finding the greatest arguments to defend their comfortable habits. They are able to spend a lot of money and time, to find the tiniest reason to carry on doing whatever is already settled up in their daily life.

That’s why on the internet or TV we find so many contradictory documents where all these “scientists”, all fat and sick themselves, gives thousands of reason why we need this and that. There is no physiology, not truth behind all this massive form of nonsense that we see everywhere in the media… Whatever is currently presented to us as “Healthy and Necessary” is simply a marketing tool of big concerns who are scaring people to raise sales.

The recent example is a mania of nuts and avocado so popular between “pro-healthy” people. It all started with the “tale and legend” of “good fats”… Since then the price of nuts and avocado raised 5 times more. The presence of these products in the shops became very important, you find them mostly immediately in the entrance or at the payment places, just at your fingertips.

Since this time, I didn’t see any improvements in the state of people’s health, but interestingly I observed that society is becoming poorer and poorer, spending their money for avocado and nuts.

Their minds are too complicated and they are too far to see the truth of the human body, which is simple and clear. I explain here below the simplest and shortest recapitulation of 5 volumes of 750 pages book of Physiology, that not many doctors, and especially Nutritionists, had in their hand…

Physiology says that the human body can live at least :

• 3 minutes without breathing

• 3 days without drinking

• 33 days without eating

The dietetic says that the human body needs to eat three times a day, which does not correspond to Physiology.

This is only a small discordance between the TRUTH about real science and knowledge and the comments about it originated only from people’s lifestyles and based on no reality.

MORALITY :

This is about everything that people do in life, really everything, religion, culture, traditions, etc. People, in general, are just a bunch of sheep in the middle of a herd walking so close to each other’s tail that they have no vision of life and its sense, really none.

I have no faith in these dead brain sheep for whatsoever, I have no intention to change the habits of whomever. I have studied the human body and mind long enough to be aware of its’ defeat when it comes to flight with the comfort or the pleasant taste. The human mind is addicted to any pleasant feeling that is perceived with all its’ senses and the last thing to do is to reject this pleasure.

The only way to win over this addictive pleasure is a deep self-awareness, a sincere pursuit for real health, and surely not this avocado-nuts health, but a wise Soul that is in full control over its body. I am here to inform these awakened ones, for the rest I can only warn them that they go the wrong direction and their end of pleasant reckless life-style has a pitiful painful end, which I saw thousands of times as a doctor.

” People study the universe just by curiosity or to appear more knowledgeable than others as if they studied some machines that they saw just by curiosity but not real interest. The same way doctors study the human body and nature to talk like scientists, but not to know themselves and their own body and their own nature.

Some even claim that they write to share their knowledge and to teach something to others.

I don’t write books for any of these reasons. I have nothing to teach to anybody. I write books to clarify my own mind and soul. People don’t like to search for anything about themselves, in case they could find something wrong and would have to change it. I have no problem with finding my wrongs and changing them. My writings are my evolution throughout my life, and every discovery, or may I say new knowledge, is a change that I made in my previous vision. “
