" The Perfect and Complete Food Instruction. "
1– Choose 2-3 vegetables among those below :
Cabbage, zucchini, eggplant, cauliflower, leeks, celery branch.
Even the carrots and tomatoes you saw in the pictures were just an extra, just for the taste, with no nutritional value.
2– Cook in plenty of water, at least 2 times more water than the vegetables, until the pieces are tender, about 30 min. Do not peel the vegetables.
3– Add some salt, raw onion and garlic at the table when you pour the soup into your bowl, and do not add anything else (no spices, no oil).
(The onion and garlic are not used to give the taste! They are natural ANTIBIOTICS : no more colds or fever for the rest of your life. Important : Eat them RAW.)
The liquid of this soup is the key. All that our body needs is exactly in this liquid.
4– Apart the soup, you can eat some starchy foods after :
Bread, rice, semolina, potatoes, legumes such as lentils or chickpea.
Remember that the starchy foods mentioned above are just an EXTRA, just for pleasure. All the body needs is in this vegetable soup.
5– Eat slowly, always starting with the soup. After not eating all day, you must first feed your cells with liquid soup. All the starchy foods mentioned above, must be eaten after the soup and never in too much quantity.
Our body is 90% water, the food must also be 90% water and minerals.

” People study the universe just by curiosity or to appear more knowledgeable than others as if they studied some machines that they saw just by curiosity but not real interest. The same way doctors study the human body and nature to talk like scientists, but not to know themselves and their own body and their own nature.
Some even claim that they write to share their knowledge and to teach something to others.
I don’t write books for any of these reasons. I have nothing to teach to anybody. I write books to clarify my own mind and soul. People don’t like to search for anything about themselves, in case they could find something wrong and would have to change it. I have no problem with finding my wrongs and changing them. My writings are my evolution throughout my life, and every discovery, or may I say new knowledge, is a change that I made in my previous vision. “
